About Zyra

Zyra is the brainchild of two African agencies who needed to hire better.

Triad Digital Solutions and Hexa Media kept meeting the same problem: organisations needed communication talent that could move with competence, context, and professional judgment. Zyra exists to train that talent, certify readiness, and connect them to work.

We named the problem after years of hiring, briefing, correcting, and rebuilding.

Zyra was built from agency experience. The founders kept seeing brilliant African communicators who had potential but lacked structured workplace readiness. The issue was not talent. It was the absence of a bridge between learning, professional standards, and employer trust.
